BRIGHTON, Mich. - July 21, 2026 - 2|42 Community Church has launched All In, a two-year, $30-35 million generosity initiative asking every person in every household across its Michigan campuses to go all in for what the church calls a movement of God at 2|42. Rather than splitting donations across a general fund, building fund and outreach fund, All In consolidates giving into a single "One Fund" that supports the entire scope of the church's ministry.

2|42 has locations in Ann Arbor, Brighton, Lansing, Livonia, Monroe, Saginaw and Taylor, along with an online campus and a network of community centers. The church says the campaign has two goals: getting every household fully mobilized in prayer, commitment and generosity, and fully funding the vision through additional giving over the next two years.

Ministry: $20 Million

The largest share of the goal supports 2|42's ongoing ministry across weekend worship services, Kids, Students, Groups and Teams, along with its facilities and community centers. The church says that over the last five years it has reduced more than $1 million in debt while supplementing revenue loss through strategic asset sales and ministry funding decisions, work it says All In will build on by expanding capacity for ministry.

Movement: $10-15 Million

The second goal funds what 2|42 describes as a Holy Spirit-driven movement built around four priorities: prioritizing kids, mobilizing disciple-makers, planting new churches and launching new leaders. The church says this requires expanding its financial capacity beyond current ministry funding to invest in discipleship opportunities for kids and adults, leadership development and church planting.

2|42 is asking members to take three next steps: pray consistently for the vision, commit fully to the movement, and give generously toward the two-year goal. Resources supporting the campaign include an All In guidebook, small group study guides, a generosity discernment guide, and age-specific family resources for kids and students to help households talk through generosity together.
