NEW YORK, March 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the United States Supreme Court denied review of the state court challenge to New York's Even Year Election Law (EYEL). The denial does not reach the merits of any of the federal constitutional claims now pending before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in New York in New York Republican State Committee et al. v. Hochul et al., No. 2:25-cv-6083.
