Fertility Clinic Details Coordinated IVF Workflow From Testing to Transfer
Beverly Hills, United States - August 19, 2026 / IVFLA Fertility /
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, August 17, 2026 — IVFLA Fertility introduced a structured IVF treatment process that coordinates patient evaluation, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, laboratory fertilization, embryo development, and embryo transfer preparation across multiple stages of fertility care.
The treatment process reflects the range of clinical factors that can affect IVF timing and planning, including age, ovarian reserve, sperm health, medical history, genetic needs, and previous fertility treatment. The model uses testing and ongoing monitoring to guide decisions as patients progress through individual stages of an IVF cycle.
Initial treatment planning includes review of medical and reproductive history and may incorporate hormone testing, ultrasound evaluation, Male reproductive sample analysis, genetic screening, and uterine assessment. Based on these findings, treatment plans may include conventional IVF, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo freezing, donor services, preimplantation genetic testing, or preparation for frozen embryo transfer.
Before ovarian stimulation begins, patients may complete baseline ultrasound and hormone testing to evaluate the ovaries, early follicles, and uterine lining. Some treatment protocols also include pretreatment medications based on ovarian reserve, age, medical history, previous response, and cycle objectives.
During ovarian stimulation, medication protocols are combined with ultrasound scans and blood testing to monitor follicle development and hormone levels. The monitoring process allows medication dosing and retrieval timing to be managed according to individual response. Stimulation commonly lasts approximately eight to ten days, although timing can vary by patient.
Egg retrieval is scheduled following a trigger injection and is performed before ovulation. Retrieved follicular fluid is evaluated by the IVF laboratory to identify eggs, while fresh, frozen, donor, or surgically retrieved sperm may be used according to the treatment plan.
Following retrieval, mature eggs undergo conventional fertilization or intracytoplasmic sperm injection when included in the treatment plan. The laboratory monitors fertilization and subsequent embryo development, including progression toward the blastocyst stage. Embryo grading and preimplantation genetic testing may also be incorporated in applicable cases.
Transfer planning is structured around clinical findings, embryo development, hormone levels, uterine lining, genetic testing, and patient health. A fresh embryo transfer may occur several days after retrieval, while frozen embryo transfer takes place during a later menstrual cycle using natural, modified natural, or medicated preparation protocols.
On transfer day, embryo information is confirmed before a thin catheter is guided through the cervix and the embryo is placed into the uterus under ultrasound guidance. Medication and monitoring continue according to the established treatment protocol, with pregnancy testing generally performed after the transfer stage.
IVFLA Fertility indicated that its IVF process will continue to use individualized testing, monitoring, laboratory coordination, and treatment planning as patients move through fertility treatment in Murrieta, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and nearby Southern California communities.
