Experienced DSO executive and former founder brings a proven record of driving organic growth, operational excellence and M&A

SARASOTA, Fla., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Parkview Dental Partners, a leading dental service organization (DSO) backed by Cathay Capital, today announced the appointment of Jon Gregoire as Chief Executive Officer. Gregoire, a veteran DSO operator and former founder, will lead Parkview's next phase of growth.

Gregoire brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in dental service organizations, spanning clinic-level operations, entrepreneurship, practice integration, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2018, he co-founded Cornerstone Dental Partners and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He helped grow the company to 10 locations, 22 doctors, and 110 team members before its sale to P1 Dental Partners in 2021. He then served as COO of P1 for the last five years, where he drove organic and inorganic growth across the business. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 30 dental acquisitions, leading all aspects across sourcing and deal structuring through negotiation, closing, and integration.
